Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use are intended to define the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities related to the use of the mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by FaceToPet (the "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows.

• "Member" means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• "Content" means all forms of information uploaded or shared by members through the Service, including images, videos, and text.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

The Company posts these Terms on the app and website and may amend them to the extent permitted by applicable laws. In the event of any amendment, members will be notified in advance.

Article 4 (Use and Restrictions of the Service)

Members may upload only pet-related content within the Service. Content that defames people or others, or unrelated commercial content, is prohibited.

Article 5 (Member Obligations and Responsibilities)

• Members must comply with applicable laws and these Terms when using the Service.
• Posts that infringe on the rights of others or violate social norms may be deleted without prior notice.

Article 6 (Suspension and Changes of the Service)

The Company may modify certain features or temporarily suspend the Service in order to provide stable operation, and will generally notify members in advance.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Copyright to content posted by members belongs to the member, and the Company may use such content within the scope necessary for operating and promoting the Service.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be responsible in the following cases.

• Service disruption caused by a member's fault
• Reliability or accuracy of information posted by others

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Northern District Court shall have jurisdiction.
